- Collaborate with other regional directors to share best practices and drive consistency across the organization.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the region.
- Manage and prioritize multiple improvement projects simultaneously.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Demonstrate a commitment to the company's mission to improve the quality and efficiency of patient care.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Engineering, Operations Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Continuous Improvement And Engineering In A Leadership Role.
Extensive Knowledge Of Lean Principles, Six Sigma Methodologies, And Other Process Improvement Methodologies.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing And Driving Continuous Improvement Initiatives At A Regional Or Multi-Site Level.
Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Develop A Team Of Engineers And Continuous Improvement Professionals.
