  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  4. Manage all project stakeholders, including internal teams, external vendors, and contractors, to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  5. Conduct thorough project risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to minimize potential issues and delays.
  6. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior leadership, including budget and timeline status reports.
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
  8. Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements with vendors and contractors.
  9. Oversee the selection, procurement, and installation of equipment and materials for project sites.
  10. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including landlords, developers, and local authorities.
  11. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve project management strategies.
  13. Mentor and develop junior project management staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  14. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times, promoting the company's mission and values.
  15. Maintain accurate project documentation and records for future reference and audits.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Construction Management, Engineering, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Project Management In The Real Estate Or Construction Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of Capital Project Delivery Processes, Including Budgeting, Scheduling, And Risk Management

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Manage A Team

  • Knowledge Of Real Estate And Construction Regulations And Codes, As Well As Experience With Project Permitting And Approvals Processes.
