  1. Coordinate and schedule quality audits for various departments within the company.
  2. Ensure all necessary documentation and materials are prepared and organized for each audit.
  3. Communicate with department heads and team members to gather necessary information and address any concerns.
  4. Create and maintain detailed audit schedules and logs to track progress and completion.
  5. Review and analyze audit findings, identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all audit results and actions taken.
  8. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to ensure understanding and compliance with quality standards.
  9. Stay current on industry regulations and best practices related to quality standards and audits.
  10. Proactively identify potential quality issues and work to resolve them in a timely manner.
  11. Provide support and training to team members on quality standards and audit processes.
  12. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve audit processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by management.
