- Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support program performance evaluation and improvement.
- Manage and maintain program databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for program success.
- Research and identify community needs and trends to inform program development and improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners to enhance program effectiveness and reach.
- Monitor and track program progress and outcomes, and provide regular reports to leadership.
- Assist in the creation of program materials, including presentations, reports, and communication materials.
- Coordinate and participate in community events and initiatives to promote program awareness and engagement.
- Act as a liaison between the organization and community stakeholders to foster positive relationships and partnerships.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to community health and wellness programs.
- Assist in the development and management of program budgets.
- Help identify and implement process improvements to increase program efficiency and effectiveness.
- Communicate program updates and progress to various stakeholders, including internal teams and community members.
- Support the development and implementation of training and educational materials for program staff and community partners.
- Uphold the organization's values and mission in all aspects of the role.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business Administration, Public Health, Or Healthcare Management.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Program Or Community Analysis, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.
Strong Analytical Skills With The Ability To Collect, Organize, And Interpret Large Data Sets.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Visualization Tools Such As Tableau, Sql, And Excel.
