- Partner with senior leaders to understand business needs and provide HR solutions and support.
- Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes employee engagement and retention.
- Identify and attract top talent through effective recruitment and retention strategies.
- Develop and implement performance management processes to support employee development and drive business results.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Manage employee relations issues and ensure fair and consistent application of company policies.
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with company goals.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and programs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR data.
- Represent the company in various HR-related meetings and events.
- Collaborate with other HR team members and cross-functional teams to support company-wide initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employment and HR practices.
- Foster a culture of diversity and inclusion, and champion initiatives that promote a diverse and equitable workplace.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Management Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Or Managerial Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Hr Best Practices, Policies, And Procedures.
Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Successful Hr Strategies And Initiatives.
Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships At All Levels Of The Organization.
