  1. Develop and deliver engaging training programs to pharmacy teams across the organization.
  2. Create and maintain training materials, including presentations, handouts, and other resources.
  3. Conduct training sessions both in-person and virtually, utilizing various training methods and techniques.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training content and materials are up-to-date and aligned with company goals and initiatives.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve engagement and success.
  6. Provide ongoing support and coaching to pharmacy teams to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in the pharmacy field to continuously improve training content.
  8. Serve as a subject matter expert on pharmacy operations and regulations, providing guidance and support to pharmacy teams.
  9. Develop relationships with key stakeholders to understand their training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador for McKesson Corporation, promoting our mission and values to pharmacy teams.
  11. Travel to various locations as needed to conduct on-site training and support.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures related to pharmacy engagement and training.
  13. Maintain accurate records of training activities and provide regular reports to management.
  14. Act as a mentor and resource for new hires and less experienced team members.
  15. Embrace a culture of diversity and inclusion and promote a positive and collaborative work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Pharmacy Operations Or Management, With A Strong Understanding Of Industry Trends And Best Practices.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Or Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Engage Pharmacy Staff At All Levels.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Training Programs In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Analyze Data And Identify Areas For Improvement In Pharmacy Operations.
