  1. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers to drive sales and meet revenue goals.
  2. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory.
  3. Conduct sales calls and presentations to showcase our products and services, and effectively communicate their value to potential customers.
  4. Develop and implement strategic account plans to increase sales and market share.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  6. Stay informed on industry and market trends, and use this knowledge to drive sales strategies and initiatives.
  7. Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and generate reports.
  8. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Continuously strive to improve product knowledge and sales techniques through training and development opportunities.
  11. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and services.
  12. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop sales collateral and promotional materials.
  13. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.
  14. Act as a brand ambassador for McKesson Corporation, promoting our mission and values in all interactions.
  15. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in sales practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Sales Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry: A Thorough Understanding Of The Healthcare Industry, Including Knowledge Of Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, And Distribution Channels, Is Essential For This Role.
