Experience In Operations Management: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Management Role, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Warehouse Or Distribution Environment.
Knowledge Of Supply Chain And Inventory Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Supply Chain Processes, Inventory Management, And Distribution Logistics.
Leadership Skills: As A Manager, The Candidate Must Possess Strong Leadership Abilities, Including The Ability To Motivate And Inspire A Team, Delegate Tasks Effectively, And Handle Conflicts Or Issues That May Arise.
Strong Communication Skills: Effective Communication Is Essential In This Role, As The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Coordinating With Multiple Teams, Including Warehouse Staff, Suppliers, And Upper Management.
