- Oversee and lead the night shift team of material handlers to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.
- Accurately and efficiently pick, pack, and load medical supplies for distribution to customers.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is available for distribution.
- Train and mentor new material handlers on proper procedures and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfill customer orders and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Utilize technology, such as barcode scanners, to accurately track and record inventory and shipments.
- Communicate any supply shortages or discrepancies to management in a timely manner.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and quality standards.

Previous Experience In Material Handling: A Strong Candidate For The Nights Lead Material Handler Position At Mckesson Corporation Should Have Prior Experience In Material Handling, Preferably In A Warehouse Or Distribution Center Setting. This Experience Will Demonstrate The Candidate's Understanding Of Inventory Management, Safety Protocols, And Operational Procedures.
