  1. Design and develop Mulesoft integration solutions that align with McKesson's business objectives and technology roadmap.
  2. Lead integration architecture discussions and provide technical guidance to project teams.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define integration strategies.
  4. Ensure the scalability, reliability, and maintainability of integration solutions.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues to minimize system downtime and ensure data integrity.
  6. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in Mulesoft and other integration technologies.
  7. Evaluate new tools and technologies to optimize integration processes and improve system performance.
  8. Provide technical expertise and support for Mulesoft integration projects.
  9. Mentor and coach junior team members in Mulesoft integration best practices.
  10. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  11. Develop and maintain technical documentation for Mulesoft integration solutions.
  12. Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards in all integration initiatives.
  13. Actively participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance integration processes and procedures.
  14. Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to integration projects.
  15. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and management to provide updates on project progress and escalate any issues or concerns.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience With Mulesoft Anypoint Platform: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Mulesoft Anypoint Platform, Including Designing And Implementing Api-Led Connectivity Solutions.

  • Strong Integration Architecture Background: A Solid Foundation In Integration Architecture, Including Soa, Microservices, And Event-Driven Architecture, Is Essential For This Role.

  • Familiarity With Healthcare Industry: Mckesson Corporation Is A Leading Healthcare Company, And The Integration Architect Should Have Experience Working With Healthcare Systems And Data In Order To Understand The Specific Integration Needs Of The Industry.

  • Ability To Lead And Collaborate: As A Key Member Of The It Team, The Integration Architect Should Have Strong Leadership And Collaboration Skills To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Guide Them In Implementing Integration Solutions.

  • Technical Certifications: Candidates With Certifications In Mulesoft, Such As Mulesoft Certified Integration Architect, Are Preferred As They Demonstrate A Commitment To Ongoing Learning And Expertise In The Field. Additional Certifications In Healthcare-Related Technologies Or Project Management Would Be A Plus.
