  1. Develop and implement wireless network solutions to meet the needs of McKesson Corporation and its clients.
  2. Lead and manage a team of wireless network engineers to ensure successful project delivery and implementation.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  4. Design, configure, and troubleshoot wireless networks, including access points, controllers, and other network components.
  5. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in wireless technology to make recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.
  6. Conduct network performance monitoring and analysis to proactively identify and address any issues or potential risks.
  7. Ensure the security and integrity of the wireless network infrastructure through regular audits and updates.
  8. Create and maintain technical documentation and diagrams for wireless network architecture and configurations.
  9. Train and mentor junior wireless network engineers to develop their technical skills and support their career growth.
  10. Work closely with vendors and service providers to evaluate and select the best wireless network solutions for McKesson's needs.
  11. Lead the deployment of new wireless technologies and upgrades to existing infrastructure.
  12. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  13. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and leadership to provide updates, recommendations, and status reports.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security protocols, to ensure compliance and protect sensitive data.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve wireless network processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Wireless Network Engineering, Preferably In A Lead Or Senior Role.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Wireless Networking Technologies Such As Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, And Cellular Networks.

  • Strong Understanding Of Network Security Protocols And Best Practices.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Mentor A Team Of Engineers.
