  1. Lead the development and implementation of machine learning solutions for the Medical Transportation Assistance (MTA) business unit at McKesson Corporation.
  2. Utilize cutting-edge technology and tools to design and build efficient and impactful machine learning models.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and opportunities where machine learning can be applied to drive results.
  4. Mentor and guide a team of machine learning engineers, providing technical expertise and leadership to ensure successful project delivery.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and techniques in the field of machine learning and apply them to improve processes and solutions.
  6. Develop and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure to support machine learning projects.
  7. Conduct data analysis and communicate findings to stakeholders to inform decision-making.
  8. Ensure the quality and integrity of data used in machine learning projects.
  9. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  10. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
  11. Lead the testing, deployment, and maintenance of machine learning models.
  12. Document and present progress and results to senior management and other stakeholders.
  13. Continuously monitor and improve the performance of existing machine learning models.
  14. Collaborate with other machine learning engineers and data scientists to share knowledge and best practices.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert in machine learning, providing guidance and support to other teams and departments as needed.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong Technical Background In Machine Learning Algorithms And Techniques, Including Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing, And Supervised/Unsupervised Learning.

  • Extensive Experience In Software Development And Programming Languages Such As Python, R, And Java.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Large-Scale Machine Learning Projects.

  • In-Depth Understanding Of Data Mining And Data Analysis Techniques, With The Ability To Interpret And Communicate Complex Data Insights To Non-Technical Stakeholders.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Drive Innovation And Change Within The Organization.
