- Develop and lead the implementation of effective IAM strategies that align with McKesson Corporation's business goals.
- Oversee and manage the Identity and Access Management team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize IAM requirements and integrate them into overall IT initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in the IAM space to continuously improve and innovate McKesson's IAM capabilities.
- Design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions, including access controls, identity governance, and privileged access management.
- Monitor and analyze IAM systems for any potential vulnerabilities and proactively address security issues.
- Develop and maintain IAM policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead and participate in IAM-related audits and assessments.
- Provide technical expertise and support to troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM issues.
- Mentor and train team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge in IAM.
- Collaborate with vendors and partners to evaluate and implement new IAM tools and technologies.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and senior management to provide updates on IAM projects and initiatives.
- Maintain documentation and keep accurate records of IAM systems, processes, and procedures.
- Adhere to strict timelines and budgets for IAM projects.
- Continuously evaluate and improve IAM processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Extensive Experience In Identity And Access Management (Iam) Technologies, Including But Not Limited To: Active Directory, Single Sign-On (Sso), Multi-Factor Authentication (Mfa), And Privileged Access Management (Pam).
Strong Knowledge Of Iam Best Practices, Frameworks, And Industry Standards, Such As Nist, Iso, And Gdpr.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Designing, Implementing, And Maintaining Enterprise-Level Iam Solutions.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership.
In-Depth Understanding Of Security Principles And Risk Management, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Potential Security Threats And Vulnerabilities.
