  1. Provide technical support and assistance to customers using McKesson Corporation's technology solutions.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and problems reported by customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance through the MMS Customer Technology Service Desk.
  4. Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  5. Maintain a thorough understanding of McKesson Corporation's technology solutions and be able to effectively educate and train customers on their usage.
