  1. Oversee the successful initiation and execution of clinical studies by managing all aspects of study activation process.
  2. Develop and maintain study activation timelines, ensuring timely and efficient start-up of clinical trials.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical operations, regulatory affairs, and data management to ensure study activation milestones are met.
  4. Coordinate and lead study activation meetings, providing updates on progress and addressing any issues or challenges that may arise.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including study sites, vendors, and regulatory agencies, to facilitate smooth study activation.
  6. Monitor and track study activation metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements as needed.
