- Oversee a team of reimbursement specialists and ensure their productivity, efficiency, and quality of work.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize reimbursement processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement for our products and services.
- Provide guidance and support to reimbursement specialists in their interactions with healthcare providers.

- Train and mentor new team members on reimbursement processes and company policies.
- Act as a liaison between the company and healthcare providers to resolve any reimbursement issues or concerns.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers and insurance companies.
- Stay updated on changes in healthcare reimbursement policies and regulations and communicate any updates to the team.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and manage the department's budget.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.

- Represent the company at industry conferences and events to promote our products and services and stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Reimbursement And/Or Revenue Cycle Management.
Strong Understanding Of Medicare And Commercial Insurance Reimbursement Policies And Procedures.
Proven Leadership Experience, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Drive Results In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment.
