  • Oversee a team of reimbursement specialists and ensure their productivity, efficiency, and quality of work.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize reimbursement processes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement for our products and services.
  • Provide guidance and support to reimbursement specialists in their interactions with healthcare providers.
  • Monitor and analyze reimbursement trends to identify areas for process improvement and cost savings.
  • Review and approve reimbursement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and guidelines.
  • Train and mentor new team members on reimbursement processes and company policies.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and healthcare providers to resolve any reimbursement issues or concerns.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers and insurance companies.
  • Stay updated on changes in healthcare reimbursement policies and regulations and communicate any updates to the team.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and manage the department's budget.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
  • Lead and participate in projects and initiatives to improve overall reimbursement processes and drive business growth.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and events to promote our products and services and stay informed about industry trends and best practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Reimbursement And/Or Revenue Cycle Management.

  • Strong Understanding Of Medicare And Commercial Insurance Reimbursement Policies And Procedures.

  • Proven Leadership Experience, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Drive Results In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment.
