  1. Draft and review contracts to ensure accuracy, compliance and alignment with business needs.
  2. Conduct legal research and provide guidance on legal issues related to contracts.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to negotiate and finalize contract terms.
  4. Monitor contract performance and identify potential risks or issues.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.
  6. Stay updated on relevant legal and regulatory developments and ensure compliance.
  7. Maintain organized and accurate contract records and documentation.
  8. Communicate contract terms and changes to relevant parties in a clear and timely manner.
  9. Provide legal support and advice to other departments as needed.
  10. Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the contract management process.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as legal and ethical standards.
  12. Prioritize and manage a high volume of contracts and deadlines.
  13. Conduct trainings and workshops on contract management and legal principles for internal stakeholders.
  14. Represent the company in legal proceedings related to contracts, as needed.
  15. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
