  1. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements at all times.
  2. Provide strategic legal advice and support to various business units within the company.
  3. Conduct thorough research and analysis of laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure company practices are in line with legal requirements.
  4. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  5. Advise on potential legal risks and provide recommendations for risk mitigation strategies.

  7. Stay up-to-date on changes in laws and regulations relevant to the healthcare industry.
  8. Assist with internal investigations and responses to external inquiries or legal proceedings.
  9. Maintain accurate and organized legal files and documentation.
  10. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external parties, including clients, regulators, and legal counsel.
  11. Uphold ethical standards and promote a culture of compliance within the organization.
  12. Conduct training and education sessions for employees on legal and compliance matters.
  13. Support the legal team with special projects and initiatives as needed.
  14. Act as a liaison between the legal team and other departments within the company.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the legal department.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Law, Business Administration, Or Healthcare Management.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Legal Or Compliance Role, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Laws And Regulations Related To Healthcare, Including Hipaa, Stark Law, And Anti-Kickback Statute.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Complex Legal Concepts To Non-Legal Stakeholders.

  • Detail-Oriented And Highly Organized, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Deadlines Simultaneously And Maintain Accurate And Thorough Documentation.
