- Lead and manage a team of engineers to ensure timely and successful delivery of complex system designs and implementations.
- Utilize technical expertise to assess current systems and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop innovative solutions that align with business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and standard operating procedures.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and ensure consistent quality in system designs and implementations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, and provide guidance and support to team members as needed.
- Maintain and monitor system performance, identifying and addressing any potential issues to ensure optimal functionality.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns.
- Take ownership of projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project goals and deadlines.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In A Systems Engineering Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Pharmaceutical Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Systems Architecture, Integration, And Infrastructure Design.
Proven Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Systems Engineers.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices, Tools, And Technologies Related To Systems Engineering, Such As Virtualization, Cloud Computing, And Automation.
