Job Description

Are you an experienced SAP P2P Business Analyst looking for a new challenge? Look no further! In this role, you will lead the analysis and optimization of our Procure-to-Pay processes, utilizing your expertise in SAP technology.   1. Lead the analysis and optimization of the company's Procure-to-Pay processes using your expertise in SAP technology.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  3. Serve as the subject matter expert on P2P processes and provide guidance to team members and stakeholders.
  4. Conduct thorough research and data analysis to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for process improvement.
  5. Develop, maintain, and update process documentation, including workflows, standard operating procedures, and training materials.
  6. Lead and participate in user acceptance testing for system enhancements and implementations.
  7. Provide training and support to end-users on P2P processes, systems, and best practices.
  8. Communicate project updates, timelines, and risks to stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in.
  9. Act as a liaison between business users and IT to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
  10. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in P2P and SAP technology, and proactively make recommendations for process enhancements.
  11. Mentor and coach junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge in P2P and SAP.
  12. Demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks while meeting deadlines.
  13. Support the company's mission and values, and promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
  14. Stay compliant with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and drive business success through process improvement initiatives.

Job Qualifications
