  1. Develop and implement pharmacy programs that optimize operations and improve patient care.
  2. Analyze current pharmacy processes and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that drive efficiency and quality improvement.
  4. Monitor program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to achieve desired outcomes.
  5. Provide leadership and guidance to team members responsible for program execution.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and external partners to support program initiatives.
  7. Conduct research and stay informed on industry trends and best practices to inform program strategies.
  8. Create and maintain program documentation, including project plans, timelines, and progress reports.
  9. Communicate program updates and results to senior management and other relevant parties.
  10. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
  11. Manage program budgets and allocate resources effectively.
  12. Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  13. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the pharmacy programs department.
  14. Represent McKesson Corporation at industry conferences and events to promote our pharmacy programs and services.
  15. Continuously evaluate and assess program performance and make recommendations for future enhancements.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Pharmacy, Healthcare Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Pharmacy Operations Or Healthcare Consulting.

  • Strong Project Management Skills And Demonstrated Ability To Lead And Manage Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Knowledge Of Pharmacy Benefit Management (Pbm) And Healthcare Industry Trends.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Internal And External Stakeholders.
