- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the pharmacy programs department.
- Represent McKesson Corporation at industry conferences and events to promote our pharmacy programs and services.
- Continuously evaluate and assess program performance and make recommendations for future enhancements.
Bachelor's Degree In Pharmacy, Healthcare Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Pharmacy Operations Or Healthcare Consulting.
Strong Project Management Skills And Demonstrated Ability To Lead And Manage Cross-Functional Teams.
Knowledge Of Pharmacy Benefit Management (Pbm) And Healthcare Industry Trends.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Internal And External Stakeholders.
