  1. Develop and Lead Franchise Programs: The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and lead franchise programs that drive growth for the company and enhance the overall experience for our customers.
  2. Strategic Planning: The Lead for Franchise Programs and Experience will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans for franchise programs, including setting goals and objectives, and creating action plans to achieve them.
  3. Franchise Development: This role will require a strong background in franchise development, including identifying potential franchise opportunities, negotiating partnerships, and managing relationships with franchisees.
  4. Drive Innovation: The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovation and be able to identify new and creative ways to improve the healthcare industry through franchise programs.
  5. Leadership and Team Development: As the lead for this department, this individual will be responsible for managing and developing a team of professionals to support the execution of franchise programs and initiatives.

  8. Budget Management: The individual in this role will be responsible for managing the budget for franchise programs, ensuring that all initiatives are executed within allocated resources.
  9. Performance Tracking and Reporting: As the lead for franchise programs, this individual will be responsible for tracking and reporting on the performance of franchise initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  10. Compliance and Quality Assurance: The Lead for Franchise Programs and Experience will ensure that all franchise programs comply with company policies, industry regulations, and maintain high-quality standards.
