- Develop and maintain processes and procedures for user access and identity management.
- Monitor and analyze user access patterns to identify potential security risks.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of user access to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement security controls and protocols.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and vulnerabilities in the information security landscape and proactively address them.
- Investigate and respond to security incidents and breaches, including conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
- Educate and train employees on information security best practices, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of existing security controls and make recommendations for improvements.
- Participate in the design and implementation of new information systems, ensuring security requirements are met.
- Support and maintain identity and access management systems, including user provisioning, deprovisioning, and role management.
- Collaborate with vendors and external stakeholders to ensure the security of shared data and systems.
- Conduct risk assessments and assist in the development of risk mitigation strategies.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting on security incidents, risks, and compliance.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in IAM technology and make recommendations for their implementation.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Identity And Access Management (Iam) Roles.
Experience With Iam Tools And Technologies Such As Active Directory, Sailpoint, And Okta.
Knowledge Of Industry Regulations And Compliance Standards Such As Hipaa And Gdpr.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Iam Issues.
