Fulfillment Analyst

- Monitor inventory levels and ensure that products are available for fulfillment.
- Communicate with customers to provide updates on order status and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Analyze order data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve fulfillment processes and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of orders and inventory levels.
- Address any discrepancies or errors in orders and work to resolve them promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding order fulfillment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving any issues.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to make informed decisions and improve fulfillment processes.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Or Fulfillment Operations.
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Advanced Knowledge Of Microsoft Excel.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Knowledge Of Warehouse Management Systems And Experience With Process Improvement Methodologies, Such As Six Sigma.
