1. Conduct financial analysis and reporting to support decision making and drive business growth.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain financial models and forecasts.
3. Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and variances to budget and forecast.
4. Prepare and present financial reports and insights to senior management and other stakeholders.
5. Identify key business drivers and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
6. Assist in the development and implementation of financial planning processes and procedures.
7. Continuously monitor and assess financial risks and opportunities, providing proactive recommendations to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
8. Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with business units to ensure accuracy and alignment with strategic objectives.
9. Stay updated on industry and market trends, incorporating relevant information into financial analyses.
10. Participate in special projects and ad hoc analyses as needed.
11. Maintain a high level of data integrity and accuracy in all financial analyses and reports.
12. Foster a collaborative and team-oriented environment within the FP&A team and across the organization.
13. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to junior team members as needed.
