With your strong communication skills and technical expertise, you will serve as a trusted advisor, troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise.We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical or customer service role, preferably in the healthcare field. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, but a degree in a related field is preferred. If you are a self-motivated team player with a passion for delivering top-notch service, then we want you on our team at McKesson Corporation.

  1. Provide on-site service and support to clients in the CT/NE US region.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical or service issues with medical equipment and supplies.
  3. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, building and maintaining positive relationships.
  4. Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management regarding service updates and issues.
  5. Meet and exceed client satisfaction goals and metrics.
  6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and product updates.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve client concerns.
  8. Complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  9. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols.
  10. Attend training and development opportunities to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
  11. Travel to various client locations within the assigned region.
  12. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  13. Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper functioning of equipment.
  14. Continuously strive for improvement in service delivery and client satisfaction.
  15. Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and compliance standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Customer Service Or Field Service Role, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Proficiency In Troubleshooting And Repairing Medical Equipment, Such As Imaging Or Diagnostic Systems.

  • Strong Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, To Effectively Interact With Clients And Internal Teams.
