Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Customer Service Or Field Service Role, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.
Proficiency In Troubleshooting And Repairing Medical Equipment, Such As Imaging Or Diagnostic Systems.
Strong Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, To Effectively Interact With Clients And Internal Teams.
Ability To Work Independently And Manage A Territory, Including Scheduling And Prioritizing Service Calls.
Knowledge Of The Ct And Ne Regions, Including Local Healthcare Facilities And Industry Trends, To Effectively Support And Grow Business In The Area.
