We are currently seeking a driven and results-oriented Field Sales Account Executive to join our team in St. Louis, MO and the surrounding Metro East IL area. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers and driving sales of our products and services.   1. Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers in the St. Louis, MO and surrounding Metro East IL area.
  2. Drive sales of McKesson Corporation's products and services to meet and exceed sales targets.
  3. Research and identify potential clients, and actively pursue new business opportunities.
  4. Understand and effectively communicate the features and benefits of McKesson Corporation's products and services.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services to clients.
  6. Provide exceptional customer service and support to healthcare providers, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  8. Utilize effective sales techniques and negotiation skills to secure new business and maintain existing client relationships.
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions.
  10. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative sales strategies and initiatives.
  11. Represent McKesson Corporation at industry events and conferences, and effectively communicate the company's value proposition to potential clients.
  12. Continuously strive to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
  13. Maintain a thorough understanding of McKesson Corporation's products and services, and effectively communicate updates and enhancements to clients.
  14. Actively contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
  15. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
