- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all facilities within the McKesson Corporation, including both office and warehouse spaces.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address any maintenance or safety issues.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure all facilities are properly maintained and in compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for facility repairs, renovations, and other projects.
- Monitor and manage facility budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions and timely completion of projects.
- Maintain accurate records of all facility-related activities, including maintenance requests, repairs, and expenses.
- Work closely with other departments, such as IT and HR, to ensure all facilities meet the needs of employees and the company.
- Develop and implement emergency protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of all employees in the event of a crisis.
- Conduct regular safety training for employees and ensure all facilities are in compliance with safety regulations.
- Serve as the main point of contact for any facility-related inquiries or concerns from employees.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance facility operations and efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in facilities management to implement innovative ideas and solutions.
- Collaborate with the HR department to plan and execute office moves and relocations.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with all internal and external stakeholders, including employees, vendors, and contractors.
- Provide timely and accurate reports to upper management on facility operations and expenses.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Facilities Management, Engineering, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Facilities Management, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Building Systems, Including Hvac, Electrical, And Plumbing.
Experience In Project Management And Budgeting.
