As a Facilities Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our facilities.   1. Oversee the daily operations of our facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and cleaning.
  2. Ensure all facilities are well-maintained and comply with safety and health regulations.
  3. Develop and implement procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of facility operations.
  4. Monitor and track facility expenses and develop cost-saving initiatives.
  5. Collaborate with various departments to plan and execute office moves and renovations.
  6. Maintain and update facility records, including equipment inventory, maintenance logs, and service contracts.
  7. Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
  8. Respond to facility-related emergencies and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  9. Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and address any safety or maintenance concerns.
  10. Act as the main point of contact for all facility-related inquiries and provide excellent customer service to all employees.
  11. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  12. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in facility management.
  13. Train and supervise facility staff, including custodial and maintenance teams.
  14. Manage facility budget and expenses, ensuring cost-effective operations.
  15. Participate in meetings and committees related to facility management and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
