  1. Develop and implement enterprise resilience strategies to protect critical systems and data from potential disruptions.
  2. Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities and create solutions to mitigate them.
  3. Conduct regular risk assessments and develop contingency plans to ensure business continuity.
  4. Monitor and analyze system performance and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement disaster recovery plans.
  6. Provide technical guidance and support to ensure the effective implementation of enterprise resilience strategies.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in enterprise resilience and incorporate them into our strategies.
  8. Create and maintain documentation of enterprise resilience processes and procedures.
  9. Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to educate employees on enterprise resilience protocols.
  10. Serve as a point of contact for any enterprise resilience-related issues and provide timely resolution.
  11. Coordinate and communicate with external stakeholders, including vendors and suppliers, to ensure their systems are in line with our enterprise resilience requirements.
  12. Continuously review and enhance our enterprise resilience strategies to adapt to changing business needs and technological advancements.
  13. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including security protocols and compliance standards.
  15. Foster a culture of resilience and preparedness within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Technical Background: A Successful Enterprise Resiliency Architect At Mckesson Corporation Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Enterprise Infrastructure, System Architecture, And Disaster Recovery Processes. This Includes Experience With Virtualization, Cloud Computing, And Data Center Operations.

  • Experience In Business Continuity Planning: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record In Developing And Implementing Business Continuity Plans. This Includes Conducting Risk Assessments, Defining Recovery Objectives, And Creating Disaster Recovery Strategies.

  • Leadership And Project Management Skills: As An Enterprise Resiliency Architect, You Will Be Responsible For Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Teams To Implement Resiliency Solutions. This Requires Strong Leadership Skills, As Well As The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Industry Knowledge: Mckesson Corporation Operates In The Highly Regulated Healthcare Industry. Therefore, It Is Important For The Enterprise Resiliency Architect To Have A Thorough Understanding Of Industry Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Such As Hipaa And Gdpr.
