  1. Develop and implement policies and procedures for managing disability and time off programs for all employees.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for employees seeking disability accommodations or time off.
  3. Collaborate with HR and legal teams to ensure compliance with federal and state laws regarding disability and leave management.
  4. Work with managers and employees to create individualized accommodation plans that meet the needs of both the employee and the company.
  5. Maintain accurate and confidential records related to disability and leave management.
  6. Stay current on industry best practices and make recommendations for process improvements.
  7. Communicate regularly with employees, managers, and HR to provide updates and support throughout the disability and leave management process.
  8. Coordinate with external partners, such as healthcare providers and insurance companies, to facilitate accommodations and manage claims.
  9. Conduct training and education sessions for managers and employees on disability and leave management policies and procedures.
  10. Monitor and analyze disability and leave data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  11. Advocate for a culture of inclusivity and support within the company.
  12. Demonstrate empathy and understanding when working with employees facing personal challenges.
  13. Address any concerns or complaints related to disability and leave management in a timely and professional manner.
  14. Ensure all company processes and procedures related to disability and leave management are accessible and accommodating for individuals with disabilities.
  15. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Managing Disability And Time Off Programs In A Corporate Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Laws Related To Disability Accommodations And Leave Of Absence Policies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Make Data-Driven Decisions And Develop Strategies To Improve Program Effectiveness.
