  1. Oversee all aspects of SEC reporting, including preparation and filing of all required reports such as 10-Ks, 10-Qs, and 8-Ks.
  2. Ensure timely and accurate submission of all SEC filings in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal deadlines.
  3. Stay up-to-date on all changes to SEC regulations and guidelines, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  4. Review and analyze financial statements and other financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and external auditors, to gather necessary information for SEC filings.
  6. Lead and manage a team of professionals responsible for SEC reporting, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
  7. Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the SEC reporting function.
  8. Conduct internal reviews and audits to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.
  9. Act as a key point of contact for external auditors and regulatory agencies regarding SEC reporting matters.
  10. Provide support and guidance to senior management and other stakeholders on SEC reporting requirements and changes.
  11. Stay informed on industry and market trends related to SEC reporting and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  12. Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior leadership.
  13. Represent the company and maintain a positive image in all interactions with external stakeholders, including investors, analysts, and regulatory agencies.
  14. Ensure confidentiality and security of all financial information and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Knowledge Of Sec Regulations And Reporting Requirements: The Director Of Sec Reporting At Mckesson Corporation Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Sec Regulations And Reporting Requirements, Including The Ability To Interpret And Apply Them To The Company's Financial Statements.
