- Develop and implement a strategic human resources plan aligned with the overall business objectives of McKesson Corporation.
- Lead and manage a team of HR business partners to ensure effective delivery of HR services to various departments and business units.
- Provide guidance and support to HR business partners in handling employee relations, performance management, talent development, and other HR-related matters.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and address organizational needs and challenges, and develop solutions to drive employee engagement and retention.
- Conduct regular analysis of HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to senior management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including department heads, managers, and employees, to understand their needs and provide HR support and guidance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure that McKesson Corporation's HR policies and practices are competitive and compliant.
- Oversee the implementation and management of HR programs and initiatives, such as performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to ensure a seamless and effective recruitment and onboarding process for new hires.
- Provide coaching and support to HR business partners in handling complex HR issues and promoting a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Prepare and present regular reports on HR metrics and initiatives to senior management.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the HR business partner team.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all HR-related matters and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In A Hrbp Or Hr Leadership Role, Preferably In A Large, Complex Organization.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Implementing Hr Strategies And Initiatives That Align With Business Objectives.
Strong Understanding Of Hr Best Practices, Employment Laws, And Regulations.
Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Interpersonal Skills With The Ability To Effectively Influence And Collaborate With Senior Leaders And Stakeholders.
