1. Develop and implement a strategic human resources plan aligned with the overall business objectives of McKesson Corporation.

8. Oversee the implementation and management of HR programs and initiatives, such as performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement.
9. Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to ensure a seamless and effective recruitment and onboarding process for new hires.
10. Provide coaching and support to HR business partners in handling complex HR issues and promoting a positive and inclusive work culture.
11. Monitor and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
12. Prepare and present regular reports on HR metrics and initiatives to senior management.
13. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the HR business partner team.
14. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all HR-related matters and provide recommendations for improvement.
15. Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
