- Oversee and manage the entire accounts receivable process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely collection of payments.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the revenue cycle process and minimize delinquency and bad debt.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans to achieve financial goals.
- Lead and manage a team of accounts receivable professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality work and continuous development.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, customer service, and finance, to ensure alignment and collaboration in achieving financial objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to accounts receivable, and make recommendations for process improvements to remain compliant and competitive.
- Prepare and present reports on accounts receivable performance, trends, and projections to senior management.
- Oversee the credit and collections process, ensuring appropriate credit limits and terms are set for customers and collections are conducted in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with IT and other relevant departments to ensure efficient and effective use of financial systems and tools.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach, providing excellent service and building strong relationships with clients to enhance the collection process.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Management.
Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Accounts Receivable Management, Preferably In A Large Corporation.
Strong Knowledge Of Gaap, Ifrs, And Other Accounting Principles.
Proven Leadership Skills With The Ability To Manage A Team And Drive Results.
