- Lead and manage a team responsible for the commercialization of products within assigned categories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of category strategies.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Monitor and track category performance, making data-driven decisions to drive success.
- Develop and manage category budgets, optimizing spend to maximize ROI.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and external partners to support category objectives.
- Communicate category updates, performance, and insights to senior leadership.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into category management strategies.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, implementing processes and initiatives to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Strong Leadership Skills And Proven Experience In Managing And Developing A Team.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Category Management, Marketing, And Sales Within The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Product Category Management Strategies, Market Trends, And Competitive Landscape.
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Analytical Skills With A Track Record Of Successful Collaborations With Cross-Functional Teams.
