  1. Lead and manage the enterprise client technology team, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and coordination within the team and with cross-functional teams.
  2. Drive the development and implementation of innovative and cutting-edge technology solutions to meet the evolving needs of our enterprise clients.
  3. Collaborate with top industry experts and other stakeholders to identify and prioritize key technology initiatives and opportunities for growth.
  4. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of enterprise technology trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform the company's technology strategy.
  5. Develop and manage the enterprise client technology budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and alignment with business objectives.
  6. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team, encouraging new ideas and approaches to enhance our technology offerings.
  7. Oversee the delivery of technology projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  8. Provide strategic guidance and support to the sales and client management teams, helping to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  9. Act as a thought leader and subject matter expert on enterprise technology, representing the company at industry events and conferences.
  10. Mentor and develop team members, providing coaching, feedback, and opportunities for growth and development.
  11. Communicate regularly with senior leadership and other stakeholders, providing updates on the team's progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  12. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to technology and data security.
  13. Collaborate with other departments and teams within the company to ensure alignment and integration of technology solutions across the organization.
  14. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our technology solutions, making recommendations for improvements and enhancements as needed.
  15. Stay abreast of industry and market trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to inform the company's overall technology strategy and roadmap.
