- Utilize statistical methods and data analysis to identify trends and patterns in demand and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data from various sources to inform demand planning decisions.
- Develop and maintain effective inventory management strategies to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize excess or obsolete inventory.
- Monitor market trends and industry developments to anticipate changes in demand and adjust forecasting accordingly.
- Communicate forecasted demand and inventory levels to relevant stakeholders and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify potential risks and opportunities in demand planning.
- Develop and maintain demand planning metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Continuously evaluate and improve demand planning processes and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements in demand planning and incorporate them into our processes.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to align demand planning with overall business objectives.
- Train and mentor junior demand planning analysts to ensure a strong and capable team.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory guidelines, in all demand planning activities.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Demand Planning, Forecasting, Or Inventory Management, Preferably In The Healthcare Or Pharmaceutical Industry.
Proficiency In Using Demand Planning And Forecasting Software, Such As Sap Apo, Oracle Demantra, Or Jda Demand.
Strong Analytical Skills And Experience With Data Analysis And Manipulation Using Excel, Sql, Or Other Data Tools.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Different Teams And Stakeholders To Ensure Accurate Demand Forecasts.
