  1. Perform regular maintenance and repairs on all equipment in the distribution center to ensure optimal functioning and minimize downtime.
  2. Conduct routine inspections and identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve any equipment malfunctions or breakdowns in a timely and efficient manner.
  4. Utilize mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills to identify and implement solutions for equipment issues.
  5. Communicate with supervisors and team members to coordinate maintenance schedules and prioritize urgent repairs.
  6. Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed, as well as any equipment parts and supplies used.
  7. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance and repairs.
  8. Assist with implementing new equipment and technologies as needed.
  9. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure the smooth operation of the distribution center.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to improve equipment performance and optimize processes.
  11. Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in equipment and maintenance techniques.
  12. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  13. Attend training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  14. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergency repairs.
