- Design and implement CPQ/CLM processes for McKesson Corporation using Oracle and Salesforce systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and how CPQ/CLM processes can improve patient outcomes.
- Identify and recommend best practices for CPQ/CLM implementation and usage.
- Lead the evaluation and selection of new CPQ/CLM tools and technologies to enhance our processes.
- Train and mentor team members on CPQ/CLM best practices and system usage.
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to CPQ/CLM systems, ensuring timely resolution.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in CPQ/CLM technology to continuously improve our processes.
- Develop and maintain documentation for CPQ/CLM processes, configurations, and integrations.
- Collaborate with sales, legal, and finance teams to ensure contract accuracy and compliance.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to optimize CPQ/CLM processes.
- Uphold company values and promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
Extensive Experience With Oracle And Salesforce Cpq/Clm Platforms - A Strong Candidate For This Role Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience Working With Both Oracle And Salesforce Cpq/Clm Platforms. They Should Be Well-Versed In The Functionalities And Capabilities Of These Systems And Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing And Customizing Them For Large Organizations.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Cpq/Clm Best Practices - The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Industry Best Practices For Cpq/Clm Processes And Should Be Able To Translate Business Requirements Into Efficient And Effective System Solutions. They Should Also Have Experience In Designing And Implementing Complex Pricing Models And Configuring Product Catalogues.
Strong Technical Skills - This Role Requires A High Level Of Technical Expertise, Including Proficiency In Apex, Visualforce, And Other Coding Languages. The Candidate Should Also Have Experience With Web Services And Integrations, As Well As Data Migration And Data Modeling.
Project Management Skills - As A Cpq/Clm Architect, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading And Managing The Implementation Of These Systems. They Should Have Excellent Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Create And Manage Project Plans, Identify And Mitigate Risks, And Communicate Project Updates To Stakeholders.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills - The Candidate Should Have Strong Interpersonal Skills And The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Gather Requirements, Design Solutions, And Resolve Issues. They Should Also Have Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, As They Will Be Responsible For Creating Documentation And Presenting To Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
