  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Health Mart community pharmacy.
  2. Ensure the highest level of patient care and customer service is delivered by the pharmacy staff.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase profitability.
  4. Manage inventory levels and ordering to ensure adequate supply of medications and products.
  5. Train and mentor pharmacy staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about products, policies, and procedures.
  6. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote teamwork and high employee morale.
  7. Monitor and maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to pharmacy operations.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders in the community.
  9. Analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency and profitability.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in pharmacy management to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  11. Represent the company at community events and actively engage in outreach efforts to promote the pharmacy.
  12. Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  13. Collaborate with other departments and leadership to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  14. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to pharmacy staff.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures and ensure they are followed by all pharmacy staff.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Pharmacy Or Related Field: A Community Pharmacy Manager At Mckesson Corporation Is Required To Have A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Pharmacy Or A Related Field.
