- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address educational needs and knowledge gaps in the oncology field.
- Continuously research and stay updated on advancements and developments in the field of oncology.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for healthcare providers, answering questions and providing guidance on complex clinical cases.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, to promote the company's oncology products and services.
- Analyze market trends and gather feedback from healthcare providers to inform product development and educational strategies.
- Participate in conferences, seminars, and other industry events to network and promote the company's oncology products and services.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of educational activities and outcomes, and provide regular reports to management.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Nursing Or A Related Healthcare Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience Working In Oncology Or A Related Specialty, Such As Hematology Or Oncology Nursing Education.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Current Treatment Protocols, Standards Of Care, And Emerging Trends In Oncology/Specialty Care.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Educate And Engage Healthcare Professionals.
Strong Organizational And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Develop And Implement Educational Programs And Resources For Healthcare Professionals.
