  1. Oversee and manage daily operations of central fill pharmacy, ensuring timely and accurate processing of prescriptions.
  2. Supervise and mentor a team of pharmacy technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  3. Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring adequate supply of medications for prescription fulfillment.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency of pharmacy operations.
  5. Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations governing pharmacy operations.
  6. Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure accuracy and safety of prescription processing.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any issues promptly.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Pharmacy Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Pharmacy Setting, Preferably In Central Fill Operations

  • Strong Knowledge Of Pharmacy Operations And Regulations, Including Dea, Hipaa, And Fda Requirements

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team

  • Proficiency In Pharmacy Management Software And Technology, Including Automated Dispensing Systems And Inventory Management Systems.
