- Develop and maintain a comprehensive business continuity plan for all critical functions and processes within the organization.
- Monitor and assess potential risks and vulnerabilities to the organization's operations and implement strategies to mitigate them.
- Collaborate with various departments and teams to ensure alignment and consistency in business continuity efforts.
- Conduct regular testing and exercises of the business continuity plan to identify areas for improvement and ensure its effectiveness.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on business continuity, providing guidance and support to employees at all levels of the organization.
- Keep abreast of industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to business continuity, and make recommendations for improvements as needed.
- Communicate and educate stakeholders on the importance of business continuity and their roles and responsibilities in the plan.
- Coordinate and lead response efforts in the event of a disruption, including activating the business continuity plan and managing crisis communications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all business continuity activities and plans.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the organization's business continuity program to ensure it remains relevant and effective.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Risk Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Business Continuity Planning And Management.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Industry Standards And Best Practices For Business Continuity, Such As Iso 22301 And Nfpa 1600.
Strong Project Management Skills And Experience Coordinating Complex Initiatives Across Multiple Departments Or Teams.
