  1. Develop and manage patient support programs in both English and Spanish languages.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of patient support programs.
  3. Oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of patient support programs to improve patient outcomes and enhance the patient experience.

Job Qualifications
  • Fluency In Both English And A Second Language, Such As Spanish, French, Or Mandarin, To Effectively Communicate With Patients And Team Members From Diverse Backgrounds.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Healthcare Management, Business, Or Public Health, To Have A Strong Understanding Of Patient Support Program Management.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience Managing Bilingual Patient Support Programs, Preferably Within The Healthcare Industry, To Demonstrate Knowledge And Proficiency In This Specific Role.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Plan, Organize, And Execute Programs, As Well As Track And Report On Program Metrics And Outcomes.

  • Strong Leadership And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Lead A Team Of Bilingual Support Specialists And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams, Such As Marketing, Sales, And Customer Service, To Achieve Program Goals And Objectives.
