- Conduct analysis and evaluation of current benefits programs to ensure they are competitive and meet the needs of employees.
- Make recommendations for improvements and adjustments to benefits packages, taking into consideration industry trends and employee feedback.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding benefits options, eligibility, enrollment, and any changes to the programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, finance, and legal, to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Monitor and track benefits utilization and costs, and produce reports to inform decision-making.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in benefits administration to continuously improve our programs.
- Communicate effectively with employees at all levels, including executives, to explain benefits programs and address any concerns or questions.
- Assist with the design and implementation of new benefits programs and initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee benefits records and data.
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Benefits Administration, Preferably In A Large Corporate Setting.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Federal And State Laws And Regulations Related To Employee Benefits, Including Erisa, Cobra, And Aca.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Present Complex Data.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Benefit Programs To Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.
