1. Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and other guests to McKesson Corporation with a friendly and professional attitude.

3. Schedule patient appointments, maintain appointment calendars, and assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures.
4. Verify patient insurance information and assist with insurance authorization and billing processes.
5. Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure that patients receive the appropriate level of care and support.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
7. Educate patients on available resources and services offered by McKesson Corporation and provide referrals as needed.
8. Assist with inventory management and ordering of medical supplies and equipment.
