- Analyze and interpret EDI data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in supply chain processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement EDI solutions that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor EDI transactions and troubleshoot any issues that arise, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies related to EDI, providing recommendations for potential process improvements or system upgrades.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on EDI processes, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external partners.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track EDI performance and identify areas for optimization.
- Participate in testing and validation of EDI processes and systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Train and educate team members on EDI processes, standards, and best practices.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, presenting findings, recommendations, and progress updates.
- Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to EDI processes and systems.
- Proactively identify and escalate any potential risks or compliance issues related to EDI processes.
- Continuously evaluate and improve EDI processes to drive efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Computer Science, Data Analytics, Or Business Administration.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Edi Analytics, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.
Strong Analytical Skills With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Identify Trends And Patterns.
Knowledge Of Edi Standards And Protocols, Including Ansi X12 And Edifact.
Experience With Data Visualization Tools, Such As Tableau Or Power Bi, And Proficiency In Sql And Other Programming Languages.
