AI/ML Lead, Cash Management

- Lead the development and implementation of AI/ML solutions for the Cash Management team at McKesson Corporation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI/ML implementation and drive the adoption of these technologies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and leverage them to enhance the financial processes at McKesson.
- Conduct thorough analyses of existing cash management processes and identify areas for improvement using AI/ML.
- Design and implement AI/ML models and algorithms to automate manual tasks and improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements for AI/ML solutions.
- Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and engineers to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of AI/ML projects.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of AI/ML solutions.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of AI/ML models and make recommendations for improvements.
- Develop and maintain documentation for AI/ML processes and best practices.
- Communicate project progress, insights, and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in AI/ML and proactively identify new opportunities for implementation in the cash management domain.
- Participate in conferences, workshops, and other learning opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills in AI/ML.
Strong Understanding Of Artificial Intelligence And Machine Learning Techniques And Algorithms, With Hands-On Experience In Developing And Implementing Ai/Ml Solutions In The Finance Or Cash Management Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Managing Complex Projects, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
Extensive Knowledge Of Cash Management Processes And Systems, Including Treasury Management, Liquidity Management, And Cash Forecasting, To Identify Opportunities For Optimization And Automation Using Ai/Ml.
Experience In Data Analysis And Modeling, With Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Python And R, As Well As Data Visualization Tools Like Tableau Or Power Bi.
Strong Problem-Solving Skills And The Ability To Think Critically And Creatively To Identify Business Challenges And Develop Innovative Solutions Using Ai/Ml Technology, With A Focus On Driving Efficiency, Accuracy, And Cost Savings For The Organization.
