  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive sales growth and profitability.

  3. Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic account plans.
  5. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and understand industry trends.
  6. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  9. Track and report on sales performance and market trends to inform business strategies.
  10. Continuously stay up-to-date on industry developments and competitive landscape.
  11. Participate in industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's services.
  12. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all interactions with clients.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales Operations, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Success In Managing Sales Operations, Including Developing And Implementing Strategies, Managing Budgets, And Analyzing Sales Data.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders.

  • Proficiency In Salesforce Or Other Crm Software, As Well As Microsoft Excel And Other Data Analysis Tools.
