- Lead and manage a team of account managers, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve sales targets

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional service delivery and problem-solving

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In A Sales Or Account Management Role, Preferably Within The Healthcare Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Key Client Accounts.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Account Managers.
